The site of Saint Romain benefits from a unique microclimate, which allows a natural drying of the wood. It is left in the open air for more than three years, thus benefitting from the optimal conditions that allow the creation of the highest quality barrels.

A rigorous selection of staves drawn from the finest oak forests combined with a careful heating process, allows the manufacture of barrels whose specificities meet the requirements of the greatest estates.
